Educational Qualification:
Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University or equivalent qualification.
Age Limit: Between 21 years and 30 years as of 01.04.2023

PwBD (OBC/NCL): 13 years
PwBD (SC/ST): 15 years

Selection Process:
Phase I - Preliminary Examination:
This phase consists of an Objective Test with a total of 100 marks.
The test has three sections:
English Language (30 questions), Quantitative Aptitude (35 questions), and Reasoning Ability (35 questions).
Each section has separate timings, with a total duration of 60 minutes for the entire preliminary examination.
Phase II - Main Examination:
The Main Examination is conducted online and consists of Objective Tests (200 marks) and a Descriptive Test (50 marks).
The Objective Test is divided into four sections:
Reasoning & Computer Aptitude (40 questions), Data Analysis & Interpretation (30 questions), General/Economy/Banking Awareness (50 questions), and English Language (35 questions).
The duration of the Objective Test is 3 hours, with separate timings for each section.
Immediately after the Objective Test, candidates must complete the Descriptive Test, which is a Test of English Language (Letter Writing & Essay) with two questions for a total of 50 marks. The duration is 30 minutes.
Phase III - Interview:
The Bank may conduct a Psychometric test for personality profiling for shortlisted candidates.
The third phase comprises an Interview (30 marks) and Group Exercises (20 marks).
Minimum Qualifying Marks:
Candidates must score minimum qualifying marks in Phase III to be considered for final selection.
The minimum qualifying marks for Phase III will be decided by the Bank.
