Pay Scale:
Selected candidates will receive a monthly lump sum amount of ₹30,000/- (rupees thirty thousand only), which includes statutory deductions.
Educational Qualification:
Candidates should have a Graduate degree in any discipline. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in sales/operations of financial products.
Age Limit:
Applicants must be between 21 to 35 years of age as of 1st June 2023.
Job Description:
- The selected candidates will be responsible for various tasks, including:
- Achieving monthly revenue targets by directly selling the bank's products.
- Conducting customer acquisition events and campaigns in the designated area to enhance financial literacy.
- Providing training and education sessions for Business Correspondents (Individual/Dept of Post End users) on IPPB products and services.
- Collaborating with Dept. of Post End users and counterparts to promote IPPB products and third-party sales.
- Assisting Individual & Corporate Business Correspondents in acquiring new customers for IPPB and its Partner Organizations.
- Building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Managing strategic relationships with channel partners to drive sales and disseminate marketing information, events, training, and promotions to achieve the Bank's business goals.
- Adhering to all operational guidelines and compliance requirements of the bank and submitting periodical reports/returns.
- Performing any other duties assigned by the Bank from time to time.
