The eligibility criteria for the Thengphakri Champion 2023 are as follows:
v The candidate must agree to be posted in the same Village/Community Development Council (VCDC) area as their permanent residence.
v The candidate must be conversant with the common language spoken within the VCDC.
v The candidate must be a female or transgender individual identifying as a woman. Marital and Parental Status:
v The candidate must be single at the time of applying.
v The candidate must have no living children at the time of applying.
The selection processes:
1. Will conduct short test consist 15 Question MCQs carrying 30 Marks
2. Will conduct group Discussion with 15 candidates onegroup carrying 35 Marks
3. Will conduct Personal Interviewwith 15 candidates onegroup carrying 35 Marks
