Applications are invited from Indian Citizen in standard
Form as published in Assam Gazette in Part IX from intending candidates who are
the citizen of India as defined in Article 5 and Article 8 of the constitution
of India for filling up the posts mentioned below which are lying vacant in the
office of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hojai, Assam
CJM Hojai Recruitment Details 2021:
1. Head Assistant
No of posts: 01 [UR]
Educational Qualification: Experience as a UDA with atleast 10
(Ten) years of service as such to their credit including supervisory Assistants
in any CJM establishment.
Pay: Rs.22,000 – 87,000/- plus Grade Pay of Rs.9,100/- per month
with other admissible allowances.
2. Driver
No of posts: 01 [OBC/ MOBC: 1]
Educational Qualification: Class 8th Pass having professional
Driving License. The skill of the Driver will be tested by qualified persons
appointed/ engaged by the appointing authority.
Pay: Rs.14,000 – 49,000/-
plus Grade Pay of Rs.5,200/- per month with other admissible allowances.
3. Jarikarak
No of posts: 02 [UR: 2]
Educational Qualification: Minimum Class VIII standard. However,
the candidates having HSLC passed Certificate may be preferred considering the
nature of job.
Pay: Rs.14,000 – 49,000/- plus Grade Pay of Rs.5,200/- per month
with other admissible allowances.
4. Peon
No of posts: 09 [UR: 1, OBC/ MOBC: 4, STP: 1, STH: 1, SC: 1, EWS:
1]
Educational Qualification: Minimum Class-VIII standard; and those
who have passed HSSLC or above shall be ineligible to apply for the said posts.
However, candidates possessing special skills, i.e. the professional like,
Plumber, Electrician, Driver, Sweeper, Computer Operator having knowledge of MS
Office etc. Technician having knowledge of Repairing AC and Generator may be
preferred, provided He/She posses the education qualification as prescribed above.
Pay: Rs.12,000 – 37,500/- plus Grade Pay of Rs.3,900/- per month
with other admissible allowances.
5. Chowkidar
No of posts: 02 [UR: 1, OBC/ MOBC: 1]
Educational Qualification: Minimum Class-VIII standard; and those
who have passed HSSLC or above shall be ineligible to apply for the said posts.
Pay: Rs.12,000 – 37,500/- plus Grade Pay of Rs.3,900/- per month
with other admissible allowances.
Terms and Conditions:
- Candidates shall not be more than 38 years of Age and shall not be less than 18 years of Age as on 31st July, 2021. The Upper Age limit is relaxable for the reserved categories as per rule.
- Application in standard form together with self attested copies all the testimonials such as Education qualification certificate, Mark Sheets, Age proof certificate, Caste Certificate, Income and Assets certificate for EWS category, Certificate relating to the special skill etc. should reach the office of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hojai during office hours on working days on or before 10-12- 2021.
- Candidates shall submit a self addressed envelop (size 22 cm x 10 cm) affixing postal stamp of Rs. 5/- only.
- Candidates will have to superscribe the post applied for at the top of Envelope in Block letter.
- No Application will be entertained after Schedule date for receiving the application. The authority shall not be responsible for any postal delay.
- Candidates already in service shall apply through proper channel
- Valid Employment Exchange registration Number is mandatory for those who are not in service. The candidates shall have to mention the Employment Exchange Registration number and dates in the application.
- Incomplete application will be summarily rejected.
- Application must be accompanied by 3 self attested copies of recent passport size photographs.
- No TA / DA is admissible for attending interview / Tes
- Management reserves the right to fill up or not to fill up of any vacant posts if the circumstances justifies due to change of Government Policy.
- Mode of selection in
respect to the posts mentioned in Sl. No. 1,3,4 and 5 shall be through oral interview and mode of
selection in respect of the posts mentioned in Sl. No. 2 shall be through
oral interview and driving test.
- Canvassing directly or indirectly will disqualify the candidate for the post.
- In view of FR 11 the appointing authority reserves the right to utilise the service of the employees for any other purpose other than to which he / she is appointed, including utilisation of his service on holiday,if the situation so demand in the public interest.
- Applicant selected shall be govern by new set of pension rules which have been formulated vide Govt. Notification No. BW.7/2008/Pt/40 dated 06-10-2009.
