in cross-sell and collections.
Meet
defined sales and cross-sell targets.
Reporting
To Jana Centre Manager any other reporting Dotted line reporting to Cluster

Internal
Purpose of the Interaction Frequency Centre/ Cluster Jana Centre Head For daily
reviews - previous days business and plan for the current day.
Daily
Cluster Head For reviews on business performance (sourcing, approvals,
disbursal and collections), along with Centre Head.
When
scheduled. CRECs/AH's information sharing others. Daily External Purpose of the
Interaction Customers Sourcing and converting and enrollment support and also
educate self for higher roles Routine
Desired
Candidate Profile:
Should
be 10+2 or equivalent
1 to 4
years experience into Banking / NBFC / Microfinance
Fresher
can apply with good banking knowledge and communication skills
