1. Name of Posts: Communications
Specialist
Eligibility Criteria For Communications
Specialist:
-Candidates must be Post Graduate in Communications, Communications,
Development Communications, Mass Communications or Journalism, Social work or
Sociology with a minimum of 60% marks from any recognized institution.
-Candidates must have minimum 5 or more years of experience in corporate communications,
public relations, development communications or journalism with 2-3 years or
more experience working with multi-lateral agencies/projects.
Salary For Communications
Specialist of (FREMAA), Assam:
The Selected candidates will get remuneration of Rs 70,000/-to Rs
80,000/-per month (inclusive of local taxes) and will be fixed during
negotiations. TA/DA and other allowances admissible as per FREMAA norms
Age Limit: The maximum age
limit for Communications Specialist is 45 years as on 7th November 2020.
2. Name of Posts: Procurement Specialist
Eligibility Criteria for Procurement
Specialist:
-The candidates must be B.E. / B.Sc. in civil engineering or Master’s in
Procurement/Supply Chain Management/ Law/Business Administration or other
relevant subjects like Economics/Accounting/Finance. Candidates having advanced
academic/professional qualification in procurement will be an added advantage.
-Must have minimum of 10 (ten) years of general experience in Public Procurement
and/or project management.
Salary For Procurement Specialist of (FREMAA),
Assam:
The selected candidates will get remuneration of Rs 1,00,000/- to Rs 1,20,000/-
per month (inclusive of local taxes) and will be fixed during negotiations.
TA/DA and other allowances admissible as per FREMAA norms.
Age Limit: The maximum age
limit for Communications Specialist is 50 years as on 7th November 2020.
3. Name of Posts: Environmental
Specialist
Eligibility Criteria For Environmental
Specialist:
-Candidates must be Post Graduate Degree in Environmental Planning/
Environmental Engineering/ Environmental Sciences or other technical
disciplines like Civil Engineering/ Natural Resources/ Forestry/ Bio Sciences/
Chemical Management.
Experience:
-Candidates must have minimum ten (10) years’
experience in the area of conducting ESIA, environment modelling &
preparing Environmental Management plans for infrastructure projects, including
at least one flood/erosion management related project.
-At least five (05) years experience of working as environmental
official/expert for water and flood/erosion management related infrastructure
and investment projects.
Salary For Environmental Specialist of (FREMAA),
Assam:
The
selected candidates will get remuneration of Rs 1,00,000/- to Rs
1,20,000/- per month (inclusive of local taxes) and will be fixed during
negotiations. TA/DA and other allowances admissible as per FREMAA norms.
Age Limit: The maximum age
limit for Communications Specialist is 50 years as on 7th November 2020.
4. Name of Posts: Finance Management Specialist
Eligibility Criteria For Finance
Management Specialist:
Candidates
must be a qualified Chartered Accountant having at least 6 years of experience
OR a candidate with a MBA in Finance OR a Master degree in Commerce from a
recognised university with at least 10 years of experience in accounting and
financial management. Experience of at least 2-3 years in externally aided
project is required with a proven track record in conducting financial
management tasks. Knowledge of TALLY and other computerized accounting packages
is required.
Salary For Finance Management Specialist
of (FREMAA), Assam:
The selected candidates will get remunerationof Rs 70,000/- to Rs 80,000/-
per month (inclusive of local taxes) and will be fixed during negotiations.
TA/DA and Allowances admissible as per FREMAA norms.
